Continuing our series on Write Up North’s script-in-hand showcase, we grabbed a few moments with playwright, Jimmy Ryland. TTT is a tense drama that explores the concepts of guilt and sin, and questions whether the mistakes of our past are ever truly in our past.
TTT will be performed at the Bridge Hotel, Castle Garth, Newcastle, NE1 1RQ, Tuesday 2 April. Tickets are £3 on the door. Doors open at 8pm. Follow casting news, rehearsal room gossip and chat @artsintouch and on Facebook.
Dark secrets are exposed when Father Angelo returns from his retirement party to find Tommy, a middle-ranking member of New York’s Mafioso, sitting in the rectory’s darkened study.
James Ryland trained at The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and has worked extensively in theatre, TV, and film as both a writer and performer.
